ELITE AUTO REPAIR

On the 8th of April my water pump was leaking, diagnosed and repaired by Southaven Car Care. However on Friday the 10th of April my car started to leak again, and SCC now said now it was the radiator. The rep at SCC was nasty, took no responsibility for the "2-day later new problem", and quoted a high price for another repair. Checking with other shops that day, revealed the water pump repair probably caused the new radiator leak?????(The radiator was not cracked before the water pump repair). On Sat 4/11, I took my car to ELITE CAR REPAIR, Southaven (after several other repair shop radiator quotes that day). ELITE REPS were Top of the line professional, caring, concerned, diagnosed and quoted me a reasonable price; and, said it would be ready in 3 hours..Three hours later my car was repaired/ ready and at the price quoted. That was 1 month ago today. My car is running great from that radiator repair! GREAT TREATMENT! Professional team! Professional job! GREAT attitudes! I'll be back! THANKS AGAIN

I brought in my 2019 ford explorer in for lack of coolness in AC. And I also brought in my wife’s 2023 Toyota Camry for an alignment cause it was swaying to the right with my wheel pointed sideways. Karzon car care took care of me within a timely manner and satisfied me to the point they have a customer for life. The prices are EXCELLENT and so is the customer service compared to other shops that quoted me ridiculous prices. Arthur (manager who works the front) is the sweetest young man! He is very understanding and professional of his job. He is the right man for it I’m very glad I was recommended this place by my cousin cause I will start coming here from now on with all my car needs!!

Woke up this morning and discovered my tire flat (completely on the ground). Understand it is Saturday and it would be impossible to get into a location to get it plugged. I started the search to find a location and came upon ELITE AUTO REPAIR. OMG!!! The customer service was TOP NOTCH!! They are located next door to Dale's Restaurant..PLEASE stop by and see MO and this AMAZING crew.

Let me start by saying that this is the best shop I have ever been to. Elite auto repair is amazing. Customer service is excellent. From the diagnostic procedure to repair Arthur will keep you updated throuout the process. I was very surprised. The estimate that Arthur tells you over the phone or on text message is itemized and priced out very clearly. Arthur the service writer and his team are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. In the beginning of this review I said "this is the best shop" the reason I say this outside of the amazing customer service is because I took my vehicle a 2020 Silverado in to 3 other big chain shops and 1 independent and none of them could figure out why my check engine and abs light were coming on and off. It was an intermittent issue. Sometimes the truck will be fine other times it's crazy when the lights come on. When I took it to Elite I was greeted by Arthur and told him my issue. With a day Arthur sent me my diagnostic report and my estimate. He then called to review it with me. I agreed to the repair. The next day my vehicle was ready. I had my truck back now for 2 weeks and no issue what so ever. All my vehicles friends vehicles and

Im going to start off by saying that words can't explain enough how amazing this business is. This is my first time at this business and I'm highly satisfied. I knew I picked the right shop when there parking lot is filled with cars. Especially from Southaven police department and DeSoto County sheriff. The customer service is excellent. Arthur the service advisor hes spectacular. On top of all that while Elite had my truck Arthur and his phenomenal team was able to get my truck diagnosed and fixed within a day time. What I loved the most is the communication. Arthur would call me and send me a text every step of the way. From when the technician started to diagnose the truck when he got it diagnosed and they sent me the report. Then Arthur called with my estimate of repair. Elite Auto repair you have my business for life and best believe that my family and friends will be with you for any vehicle trouble. I can't thank you enough. And main thanks to the main man Arthur he's very respectful and honest. Thanks again Elite and Arthur !!!
